About Kayla
Kayla Red has been an emerging star in Beekenkamp's assortment for several years. What makes it stand out? Its distinctive oak-shaped bracts, strong branching, and robust stems. Kayla is easy to grow, requires minimal growth regulation, and works well in the smallest pot size of 6 cm. These advantages apply to all colors in the series.

This year, Beekenkamp is adding two pink experimental varieties and a special marble variant in the testing phase, making Kayla a complete and versatile series.

Performance in North America
On the North American market, Kayla has made a strong impression. As one of the company's earliest varieties, it appeared in perfect show-ready form during all poinsettia trials. Its structure and full bracts without breaks give it a premium look. The contrast between deep green foliage and vibrant red oak-shaped bracts makes Kayla a modern classic. Customers are already looking forward to the expansion of the Kayla family in the coming seasons.

Experience in the Netherlands
Kayla also proves its strength in the Netherlands. Thanks to the moderate climate, it grows effortlessly without extra heating, which keeps production efficient and sustainable. Its strong stems, natural V-shape, and oak-shaped bracts create a full, elegant plant.

Kayla branches easily, so avoid topping too low to maintain the right shape. Early shelf-life tests are promising: "Kayla is not only a star in the greenhouse but also in the consumer's home."
