What began as a simple gesture of generosity has developed into an ambitious floral–music collaboration. Earlier this year, Deliflor Americas started donating bouquets for J Balvin's "Back to the Rayo – North America Tour 2025," with the idea of allowing the artist to throw vibrant bouquets into the crowd during each show. This created colorful, emotional moments between J Balvin and his audience.
The bouquets, made entirely with Deliflor flowers, traveled with the tour throughout the United States, accompanying the artist from Orlando and Miami to arenas in Washington, D.C., New York, Boston, Newark, Chicago, Houston, El Paso, Las Vegas, San Diego, Ontario, Inglewood, San José, and Sacramento. Throughout these dates, Deliflor Americas maintained continuous conversations with J Balvin's management, production, and marketing teams, planning how to close the tour with a special moment in Colombia.

A floral prelude: J Balvin x Vélez event in Medellín
A few days before the main concert in Medellín, on November 12, Deliflor donated flowers for a fashion event organized by J Balvin and Colombian fashion brand Vélez. For a select group of 500 invited guests, three metro cars of the Medellín Metro were transformed inside and out with thousands of flowers and promotional wraps from the J Balvin–Vélez collaboration. The metro journey became an immersive artistic experience that concluded with a runway show where fashion and flowers were combined into a single visual concept.

The grand finale: "Ciudad Primavera – Made in Colombia"
For the concert in Medellín on November 29, Deliflor and J Balvin's team set out to create a large-scale floral transformation. Starting a week before the show, the entire entrance to the stadium and the surrounding Parque de Banderas were gradually dressed in blooms. Fans arriving at the venue passed beneath towering floral arches, encountered three-dimensional versions of J Balvin's symbols—such as his smiley-face logo—covered entirely in flowers, and saw the artist's "Carro Rayo" decorated and surrounded with blooms. A Deliflor experiential booth, fully draped in flowers and co-branded with J Balvin, Vibra en Alta (his foundation), and Flores El Capiro, welcomed visitors and created an additional point of interaction.

Every attendee received a single flower upon entry, resulting in more than 50,000 people walking into the stadium holding blooms. Deliflor also produced personalized floral arrangements for more than 20 special guests who performed during the show, each accompanied by a message highlighting the importance of their participation. In Medellín alone, more than 400,000 flowers were used, turning the event into a large-scale celebration of Colombian floriculture.
The collaboration now continues toward the Bogotá concert on December 13, where thousands more flowers will bring the concept to life once again.

A celebration of Colombian floriculture on a global stage
For Deliflor Americas, this initiative represents more than a sponsorship. "It underscores the idea that flowers can take on a central creative role in major cultural events rather than serve merely as decorative elements. By partnering with an influential Latin artist, Deliflor is helping millions of fans see flowers in a new light—as symbols of joy, connection, and national pride. At the same time, the project elevates Colombian chrysanthemum genetics on the global stage, reflecting the creativity and innovation emerging from the country's floriculture sector."
