NL: New managing directors at OZ-Hami and OZ Planten announced

As of 1 March 2026, Ruben Sicking, currently managing director at OZ-Hami, will assume the role of Dana Meertens at OZ Planten. Dana Meertens will start as commercial director at Van Dijk Flora at the beginning of next year.

With many years of experience within OZ-Hami, Ruben Sicking has built up knowledge in operations and organisational transformation. Through this appointment, he will deploy this to further develop the organisation, serving on an interim basis until the summer of 2027.

With the appointment of Ruben Sicking, Dutch Flower Group also announces that Siemen ten Bruggencate, currently financial director at OZ-Hami, will be appointed managing director of the organisation as of 1 March 2026. In his new role, Siemen ten Bruggencate will also retain responsibility for the finance portfolio. He has been a member of the OZ-Hami executive team since June 2021.
