Vitroflora acquires Vitro Antalya Turkish Laboratory

Vitroflora Tissue Culture Laboratory, an international company specializing in vitro propagation, has announced the acquisition of a laboratory in Turkey. The facility (100% of the shares) has been acquired by Anna and Karol Pawlak, owners of the Vitroflora Group, from Hassan Yasar, marking a milestone in the company's global development strategy. The Turkish laboratory is third in the Vitroflora group, after Poland and Thailand.

The acquisition strengthens Vitroflora's presence in the Turkish market and creates new opportunities for collaboration with partners around the world. The laboratory will continue its activities while gradually being integrated into the Vitroflora Tissue Culture Laboratory department under the supervision of Marcel Zimmerman, the General Manager of this department, ensuring continuity for employees, customers, and business partners.
Anna and Karol Pawlak emphasized that the decision to invest in Turkey reflects the country's growing importance in the horticultural and biotechnology sectors, as well as the professional standards developed by the laboratory under Hassan Yasar's leadership.
