New mobile app strengthens Greenplan platform for pot plant growers

HortiAdvice (DK) and Delphy (NL) have, in recent years, developed Greenplan Cloud—a modern, cloud-based version of the Greenplan planning and management system for pot plant producers. It offers growers a practical software designed around the real-world processes and challenges of pot plant growers.

A complete planning & management system for pot plant growers
Greenplan Cloud combines all essential planning components in one application. It supports cultivation planning and realization by providing clear planning of all crops, surfaces, and cycles, directly linked to what is actually carried out. The platform also offers financial budgeting and cost price insights, giving visibility into the cost price per batch and access to key financial reports that support informed decision-making.

In addition, Greenplan Cloud streamlines material purchasing through automatic calculation of required materials per year, month, or week. It also includes labour planning, offering a detailed overview of required labour hours per activity across different time periods, making it easier to plan resources accurately and efficiently.

Introducing the Greenplan Mobile App
The newest addition to Greenplan is the Greenplan Mobile App, which allows growers to update realized batches directly on the production floor, right where the plants are. By working on-site instead of behind a desk, users can keep production data accurate and up to date as changes happen.

With the app, users can scan a QR code or search for a batch, view essential batch details such as start date, start quantity, sales start, and sales quantity, and see all planned production steps. They can also adjust step durations and register waste immediately, ensuring that planning and reality stay closely aligned.

All updates entered in the app automatically become visible in Greenplan Cloud after refreshing the realized planning overview on the computer. The app is available in English, Danish, and Dutch.
