New investor and CEO for Modiform

After a period of challenges, Modiform now stands at the beginning of a new chapter. With an investor on board and a renewed management team, Modiform is building its future with conviction.

The year 2025 was a year of contrasts for Modiform. On the one hand, it was a celebratory year due to the company's 45th anniversary; on the other hand, it was a year with financial challenges. One of these challenges was the search for a new investor. This investor has now been found, and the Modiform Group will also be refinanced. These changes will be completed no later than 31 March 2026. Van Heugten Transport, Modiform's logistics partner, has acquired a minority stake in Modiform.

In addition, the period with the interim CEO has come to an end. Modiform began 2026 with a new permanent CEO: Wilma Bloot. Wilma brings extensive experience in achieving sustainable growth and implementing innovative strategies. She has a background in manufacturing companies, and her proven ability to future‑proof organizations aligns perfectly with Modiform's ambitions.

Under Wilma's leadership, the Modiform management team will focus on transparency, building a foundation for growth, and strengthening trust — step by step and with determination. "There is still much work to be done, but the direction is clear and the commitment is strong. Together with customers, partners, and employees, Modiform is committed to turning this new beginning into a sustainable success story. The first steps have been taken, and they point forward."
