US: Knox Horticulture joins ThinkPlants perennial young plant network

ThinkPlants is continuing its focus on creating a high-quality, trustworthy supply chain for the North American nursery industry by announcing a new member, as Knox Horticulture has joined its network of breeders, growers, and suppliers.

Headquartered in Winter Garden, Florida, Knox Horticulture joins ThinkPlants' growing network of breeders, growers, and suppliers, further strengthening the availability of perennial young plants across North America. This partnership expands both the depth of genetics offered through ThinkPlants and the network's reach—particularly in the southeastern United States.

"We continue to focus on increasing the availability of ThinkPlants perennial liners throughout North America," said Joey Wiseman, Director of ThinkPlants. "Adding Knox Horticulture as a young plant producer is a strategic step that allows us to better serve growers in the Southeast while strengthening our overall supply chain."

Knox Horticulture offers a diverse perennial young plant program and will represent a strong selection of ThinkPlants genetics.

"We look forward to expanding our perennial rooting business," said Roger Dutcher, Young Plant Program Manager at Knox Horticulture. "Being part of the ThinkPlants program will help us reach more growers and increase awareness of our offerings."

Knox Horticulture joins an established group of ThinkPlants rooting station members, including James Greenhouses, Monrovia Nursery, Creekside Greenhouses, Linwell Gardens, DeVry Greenhouses, Gulley Greenhouse, Green Circle Growers, Terra Nova Nursery, Headstart Nursery, and Aldershot Greenhouses.

"ThinkPlants was developed with the grower in mind," Wiseman added. "While outstanding genetics are essential, a strong and dependable supply chain is just as critical. Ensuring consistent availability of high-quality perennial liners is a priority shared by all participating breeders and growers."
