Schneider Youngplants is strengthening its sales team in Germany with several personnel updates and a clear allocation of regional responsibilities.
From 1 February 2026, Mike Norgall will join the team. Many customers already know him. His main focus is on perennials. He will be responsible for the Straelen, Geldern and Kevelaer areas and the surrounding region, working closely with Ulf Kleba, particularly in North Rhine-Westphalia and the Lower Rhine region.

From 1 April 2026, Carina Henker will also join the German sales team. She will cover the regions of Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia, Brandenburg, Berlin and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Carina is also well known to many customers. Her focus is on Schneider young plants, including annuals, biennials, perennials and cyclamen.
