The Poinsettia Awards 2024–2025, held at Royal FloraHolland in Naaldwijk, represented an opportunity for international poinsettia growers and breeders to meet, exchange insights, and showcase excellence.

Once again, this year, Lazzeri participated with its own genetics, confirming a long-standing and consistent presence at the event and achieving noteworthy results. Three Lazzeri varieties were awarded thanks to the work of two outstanding growers: Tim van Leeuwen, with Maestro Red and Superba Pink, and Gevers Plant, with the variety Alaska.

Maestro Red, a recently introduced variety, is already delivering excellent production and commercial results in markets beyond the Alps, confirming Lazzeri's strong focus on developing genetics suitable for international contexts. Although Lazzeri is an Italian breeder, the company operates with a clear international market orientation.
