Thermoforming manufacturer upgrades production facility

Thermoforming manufacturer T.O. Plastics, Inc. has completed investments in its Clearwater production facility. These upgrades are designed to strengthen manufacturing capabilities while reinforcing the company's focus on American-made quality and sustainability.

Facility improvements for greater efficiency and capacity
T.O. Plastics has expanded its thermoforming operations with the installation of new extrusion lines and an additional pelletizer line. These improvements increase both production efficiency and overall capacity, enabling the company to better meet the needs of the North American horticulture market.

"Our team has remained dedicated to supporting our local communities and strengthening domestic manufacturing," said Paul Meschke, President. "These investments reflect our ongoing commitment to quality, innovation, and American manufacturing."

All materials sourced and manufactured in the United States
In line with its commitment to domestic industry and sustainability, all raw materials processed through the new extrusion and pelletizing lines are sourced from suppliers within the United States. These materials are primarily made up of post-industrial recycled content.

"By sourcing all our raw materials domestically, we are able to provide strong product availability and consistent performance," said Jared Rusch, Vice President of Sales & Marketing. "Customers benefit from a reliable supply chain that is less affected by international disruptions or delays."

Vertical integration to meet quality and industry demands
T.O. Plastics' vertically integrated manufacturing model allows the company to maintain quality control across the entire production process, from raw resin to finished products. This approach supports efficient supply chain management and enables the company to respond quickly to changing market needs.

"Our facilities are equipped with advanced technology and supported by a highly skilled team that can scale production as demand requires," said Rusch. "This approach supports the domestic horticulture market and helps ensure customers receive high-quality products on time."
