The Wholesale Florist & Florist Supplier Association (WFFSA) announced the winners of the 2026 Floral Xcellence Awards during its Opening Reception at the Floral Distribution Conference (FDC) in Miami this evening.
Now in its second year, the Floral Xcellence Awards continue to celebrate innovation, quality and excellence across the global floral supply chain. This year's competition featured 50 entries, showcasing outstanding varieties from breeders and growers around the world.

Entries were evaluated onsite by a panel of industry judges based on criteria including innovation, quality, market potential and overall excellence. Today, attendees also had the opportunity to view all entries displayed prominently in the Exhibit Hall foyer, and they will be displayed throughout the entire duration of the conference.
The Floral Xcellence Awards are sponsored by Proflora 2027 and Flowers of Colombia by Asocolflores, whose continued partnership supports the recognition of excellence and advancement within the global floral industry.

One final award remains to be decided. The Member Favorite Award, the only category voted on exclusively by WFFSA members attending FDC, will be announced during the WFFSA Business Session on Wednesday, March 4.
The Floral Distribution Conference brings together wholesalers, suppliers and industry partners for education, networking and business development, serving as a catalyst for collaboration across the floral community.
