Kyrgyzstan exports 17 tonnes of flowers in early 2026

Since the beginning of 2026, Kyrgyzstan has exported 17 tonnes of flowers, equivalent to 213,745 stems.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, flowers grown in the country are sold both on the domestic market and abroad. The main export destinations include Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Armenia.

Demand for Kyrgyz flowers is particularly strong in neighbouring countries.

The ministry reports that flower exports have increased in recent years. In 2024, Kyrgyzstan exported 13,049,405 flowers. In 2025, exports rose to 24,099,696 flowers.

During the first two months of 2026, most exported flowers were purchased by Uzbekistan, which has become one of the main importers of Kyrgyz flower products.
