Flower grower discusses farming resilience at NFU26

Rozanne Delamore, who runs an artisan flower business from the family farm at Ledbury, was at the International Convention Centre, in Birmingham, for NFU Conference on 24 and 25 February and joined speakers on the main stage for the closing session.

Rozanne, of The Ledbury Flower Farmer, was one of four NFU members who brought the NFU26 theme of 'building farming's resilience' together when she addressed thousands of delegates to tell her story.

"For me, resilience is about how you react to something, finding that silver lining. I am 10 times the person I thought I was and I didn't know that. And it feels good."
