Rachelle and her father Marc Borri of Borrigarden . They mainly grow Gardenia multiflora and grandiflora in approximately 20-25 ha of greenhouse and shade house in Cisterna di Latina, Italy. Next to Gardenia, they also grow Camelia and Rhincospermum.
Klaas Droog of MNP Flowers. They are operating on the Italian mrket for 25 years now and they are cooperating with Lazzari. According to Droog, the Sundeville, Grandasy and Apricot are doing very well. It is the first time that they are exhibiting at the show.
"Miriam Kolen of Desch Plantpak. This Dutch pot and container manufacturer is represented by Agrimedia for about 12 years now. She is very pleased with their sales over the last years. "Even thought the challenging years in Italy, economically speaking, we have had a very good year."

Cock van Bommel of Erfgoed presenting their eb and flood floors. Several Italian growers are already using their floors, but by participating at the exhibition, they are eager to grow on this market. They are exhibiting at the exhibition for the first time and according to Bommel, the Italian pot and bedding plant growers can shorten their growing period by about a 25 percent with an Erfgood floor.
Deborah Ghione of NIRP International promoting their cut and their garden roses Le Profumatissime della Riviera dei Fiori. These perfumed garden roses are bred and grown by NIRP and 14 varieties of them are sold to garden centers in Italy. At the moment, this concept is for the Italian market only.
Part of the team of Dümmen Orange. They are exhibiting at the exhibition for the second time and according them, they are still growing, even though the market is not growing. In Italy, their best sellers are poinsettias and bedding plants and they are now starting to introduce new varieties in Italy.
Alexandro Bock of DIEM. This Italian hibiscus breeder and young plant grower supplies also some finished plants in Italy the end of March.
Gordano Pandozzi of Pandozzi. He grows Bouganville finsihed and yong plants on 2ha in Terracina, Italy. Special about his bouganvilles is, among others, the shape vertical shape in which they are growing it. It is quite challenging and not that many growers seems to can grow it in this way.
Wim Zandwijk of Muller Bloemzaden at the Holland pavilion. He his exhibiting at the Myplant & Garden for the second time. He supplies seeds and has over 3,000 varieties in his assortment. According to Zandwijk, the Italian growers increasing looking a large variety of existing but also novel and good quality seeds. The sunflowers caught the eye of many visitors.
Thijs van der Valk of OKPlant. They are part of the Dutch growers association Addenda and due to their enthusiastic visit last year, OKPlant decided to promote their products with a booth this year. At the show, they promote their Little kolibri orchids and try to discover the demands and preferences of the Italian market.

Poala Pirisi of Selecta one. At the exhibition they show they are showing their special varieties, because, according to Pirisi, the growers are looking for different varieties. At the show, the were presenting their dianthus Pink Kisses, Pelargonium Tumbado, BabyDoll and Nightsky. Nice to mention is that BabyDoll and Nightsky were both bred in Italy.
Silvia Bonitti, Elisabetta Esposito and Cristina Tropea of Hamiplant. They export Dutch plants all over Europe, including Italy. According to Esposito, they are growing step by step in Italy.
Pierre Demesmaekers of FotoCCar.He is exhibiting at the show for the 3th time and is seeing the number of visitors increasing. They are expanding markets with the FotoCCar, also in Italy. In 2014, they introduced the FotoCCar to the European market, in 2015, they wpn the Innovation Award at the Salon du Vegetal in France and currently the sales in the Netherlands are really good and in other countries, like Italy, the sales are starting to pick up nicely.

Ravl Moras of Florensis. According to Moras, as the Italian growers are selling their products directly, a variety that fits the market well is very important. Their calibrachoa Conga is one of their top performing varieties in Italy. It remains compact, even in the warmer regions of the country.
Patricia Sijtsma and Chantal van der Plas of Van der Plas. This Dutch grower is exporting to Italy for 15 years now and is exhibiting at the Myplant & Garden for the first time.
Allessandro Gambin of Gambin Fiori holding the preserved roses that are supplied by Ecuadorian grower BellaRosa. Next to preserved roses, this Italian wholesaler also imports gypsophilas, hypericum alstroemeria and hydrangea from South America.

Marco Hartensveld of Stolk Flora holding the orchid in Box. It is a concept they introduced recently and it is well demanded in Italy. According to Marco, the Italian consumer prefers orchids with a 70+ stem length and a lot of open flowers. Besides that, they are found of color.

Esben Hansen of Rosa Aps. This Danish pot rose grower is promoting their products at the GASA booth and is satisfied with the reactions they receive from the Italian consumers.

Vittorio Genuardi of Lucchini, one of the oldest greenhouse manufacturers in Italy. Last year, the company turned 70 and over the last 10-15 years, they increased their exports and almost half of their production is sold abroad.
