Qualitree Propagators is one of Canada's leading wholesale nurseries - growing and supplying the young plants that beautify gardens and homes across North America. Built over 30 years from two people in a greenhouse to 100 acres and a team that genuinely cares about what they grow and who they grow it for.

We are looking for a Sales Director who is ready to lead from the front - owning commercial performance across North America, building and leading a remote team of Regional Sales Representatives and helping shape the next chapter of a business with real ambition to grow.

This is a genuine leadership role. You will set the sales strategy, build the team and sit at the top table - with a real stake in where the business goes next.

• A sales team that is well recruited, well led and growing in confidence and capability.
• Revenue and margin targets met - across the team's regions and your own portfolio.
• A pipeline that is healthy, visible and moving. No surprises.
• Customers and partners who trust Qualitree, grow with Qualitree and keep coming back.
• A business that is sharper, more ambitious and better at selling than when you arrived.

If this sounds like you:
• You have proven experience in senior sales or commercial leadership - carrying personal targets alongside leading a team.
• You know how to find and win new business at a senior level - not just manage what is already there.
• You are comfortable leading a remote team - keeping people accountable, motivated and connected without micromanaging.
• You thrive working remotely and independently - and are equally energised by regular in-person time with your team and at our Rosedale, BC base.
• You have experience with major retail or wholesale accounts - comfortable in a room with a serious buyer.
• You are commercially driven and ambitious - for the business as much as for yourself.
• You take ownership and make decisions - you do not need hand-holding.

A horticulture background is useful but not essential - what matters most is your ability to connect with a product and a brand you believe in.

$158,000 – $220,000 annually including bonus and incentives
