FloraHolland:
Europe: Growers of Red Naomi!® ensure a flowery finish to Roparun
The proceeds of the race go to the Roparun Fundation, which distributes the money among agencies and initiatives concerned with palliative care for people with cancer.
RoparunTeam FloraHolland is grateful to the growers that are supporting the Roparun in this manner. On Monday, 25 May 2015, all participants and volunteers in the Roparun will receive a beautiful Red Naomi!®.

Since 2009 the top segment roses have been provided by growers cultivating the Red Naomi!®. The roses are donated by the rose nurseries Aad van Luijk Rozen, Avance Mystic Black, Avance Mystic Blue, BN Roses, Bos Roses, Brockhoff rozen, Frank van Os rozen, Fransen Roses, Growerij J.C. Rodenburg, Lansbergen Roses, Porta Nova, Rodenburg Roses, Rosamar, Royal Roses, Rozenkwekerij Kees van Os, Scholtes Roses, Van der Drift Roses, Van den Ende rozen, Van der Hulst and Meeuwisse Roses. De Winter Logistics ensures that they reach the Coolsingel in Rotterdam.

This year over 300 teams are departing from Hamburg and Paris for a nonstop relay race of about 520 km. RoparunTeam FloraHolland departs on Saturday, 23 May 2015, at 13:17 from Paris and ends in the afternoon of Whit Monday on the Coolsingel. The team can be followed live from 21 May 2015, when they depart for Paris from FloraHolland Naaldwijk.
FloraHolland and charities
FloraHolland and its staff warmly support the KWF Kankerbestrijding (Dutch Cancer Society) in its cancer research and the Roparun Foundation in its care of cancer patients. That is why FloraHolland stimulates sports participation in the Roparun and the Ride for the Roses. The Roparun takes place from 22 to 25 May 2015.
