The week before Mother's Day 2015 was successful for Rhein-maas. Especially the average price of the cut flowers was more stable compared to last year. The turnover reached a peak on May 6 and the prices of potted plants kept increasing that week.

Also this year, the roses were the most popular cut flowers. Orange and violet colored summer flowers were also very much in demand at the auction in Herongen, Germany. For the potted plants, there was great demand for high quality plant bowls and arrangements, the so-called convenience-products. Also the terrace plants gained in popularity.
