Nufarm Americas, Inc. announced the new label registration of DiPel® Pro DF biological insecticide (54% Bacillus thuringiensis, subsp. kurstaki, strain ABTS-351, fermentation solids and solubles) for use on light brown apple moth that includes California.
The most widely-used biological insecticide in the world, DiPel PRO DF may be used on a variety of ornamentals. DiPel PRO DF delivers fast-acting worm control while being safe on crops and friendly to workers, the environment and beneficial insects.
DiPel PRO DF provides effective, broad spectrum control of more than 30 species of lepidopterous insects, including tent caterpillar and various bagworms, looper, tobacco budworms, armyworms, and now, the light brown apple moth. Its dry flowable formulation is dust-free and easy to measure and mix, lessening the time commitment of applicators and offering increased flexibility.
