Traditional garden center transformed into shopping mall

Smiemans Projecten has completed an interesting project in Dublin, Ireland. A former garden center, previously built by the same company, has been transformed into a modern ‘food and retail experience center’ of Avoca, a well-known Irish retail chain.

The structure, as the greenhouse builder informs us, could easily be adapted to a leisure center with teashop and garden center that meets the latest technical requirements. Furthermore, the roof is now well insulated, thanks to solid panels, transforming the space into an optimized shopping environment.
