UK: DSV opens new distribution centre

In order to meet growing business needs, DSV recently opened a newly built distribution centre in Stoke-on-Trent with easy access to the vital M6 motorway.

The location consists of a total of 213,821 square feet (equivalent to 20,000 square metres) and holds up to 27,000 pallets. It has a three floor mezzanine structure, which allows the company to optimise the cubic capacity.

In keeping with DSV's environmental policy, the site has a BREAAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certificate and EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) A rating.
