UK: Alstroemerias and sunflowers as cut flower crop

AHDB has published two new factsheets; the first provides growers with the results of alstroemerias (Alstroemeria hybrids) evaluation trials which took place at The National Cut Flower Centre, as well as information on: scheduling and production systems, growing conditions, nutrition and pest and disease control.

The second factsheet provides growers with the results of sunflower (Helianthus annuus cultivars) evaluation trials which took place at The National Cut Flower Centre, as well as information on: propagation, growing conditions, and pest and disease control.
