After appointing René le Clercq as general director a.i., a transfer of responsibilities and tasks have been agreed upon. Purpose was to create a more transparent structure both internally as well as for clients.
Frank Benders will focus from now onwards fully on cutting production, cutting quality and supply chain management. All other (mainly commercial) responsibilities will go to Harry Boers and Harold van Gennip.
Customers who are directly affected by this adjustment will be informed personally about this in the coming period.
