Joris Elstgeest is resigning from the Supervisory Board of Royal FloraHolland for personal reasons.
Joris will bid farewell during the General Members' Meeting on 6 December 2018. Jack Goossens, chair of the SB, says, "With Joris's departure we are losing a strong and committed supervisory director with a good strategic vision. He has dedicated himself to our cooperation for a long time, first as a board member and later as a supervisory director. We will miss his input and critical eye."
Succession procedure
Two new member-supervisory directors will be nominated during the next GMM. Mariëlle Ammerlaan has come to the end of her final term as a supervisory director and is therefore no longer eligible for reappointment. A succession procedure as a result of her resignation had already been initiated. From the candidates, two supervisory directors will be nominated.
