Quinton Edwards offers to the market an established Garden Centre where due to illness and lack of investment the turnover has not been as it should and where there is considerable potential to increase both turnover and profitability.
There is an attractive and popular coffee shop where trade is good and overall turnover is expected to increase helped by the addition of the Clara Bowe concession on site. A number of other buildings on site could be utilised for retail purposes and these offer numerous opportunities.
There is to be significant residential development on land to the south of the garden centre in the near future.
