August 21-23, Portland

US (OR): Farwest accepting booth applications

The 2019 Farwest Show is accepting exhibit booth applications as it heads into its 47th year. The show will be held August 21–23, 2019 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon.

“Now is the time to plan for next year’s show,” said Allan Niemi, director of events for the Oregon Association of Nurseries, which produces Farwest. “The arrival of spring turns everyone’s attention to matters of selling and shipping plants. Reserving booth space ahead of the busy time takes one more item off the to-do list!”

Farwest will once again feature the latest plants, products, and services in the nursery, greenhouse and retail garden center industries, while also providing comprehensive educational seminars, mini-sessions, and networking opportunities to help businesses grow. Exhibitors are encouraged to reserve their booth immediately in order to meet their display space needs.

Farwest is expecting more than 400 exhibitors showcasing container- and field-grown trees, shrubs, and plants, as well as an ever-increasing variety of new equipment, technologies, management tools and retail merchandise. In 2018 more than 5,000 attendees from 45 states and 28 countries had the opportunity to browse a new varieties showcase, a new products showcase, and a growing trends display that helped businesses plan for the fall and spring sales season.

Booth information and complete details on the 2019 Farwest Show can be found at www.FarwestShow.com or contact Allan Niemi directly at aniemi@oan.org and 503-582-2005.
