"You have flower trade shows and then you have flower trade shows in the USA"

Photos: World Floral Expo Dallas

The international cut flower trade show World Floral Expo was organised last week. Last week we've updated you with regular updates, now it's time for some photos.

The event was organised for the first time in Texas. Even though the opening day was very well visited, getting the whole industry together remains an issue in the US market. "Overall, exhibitors were satisfied with the results of the 3-day trade show and they expressed to look forward to the next edition of World Floral Expo in 2020 somewhere in the USA", Dick van Raamsdonk tells. “The US flower market is a very complicated one and actually nobody has the right answer on how to get the US flower buyer together in one place, as we normally manage to do with our other shows around the world."

The next city where WFE will be setting up, will be announced shortly. In the meantime William Armellini with Flowers and Cents have been so kind to supply us with a photo update from the show. Buckle up cause there's some serious clicking to do!
