At least that’s the motto of the new leadership at Gempler’s. Carl Atwell, the company’s new president, purchased Gempler’s in January 2019. Wasting no time, the company relaunched the website in March to improve functionality and better showcase their curated selection of problem-solving products.

Gempler’s, an independent business based outside of Madison, WI, celebrates its 80th birthday this year. A Mid-western company rooted in Mid-western values, Atwell and his team see themselves as an extended arm of your in-house buying team.
Gempler’s puts customers first with their new Shipping Saver program. Quick turn-around, quality service and on-time deliveries are of top importance to consumers so all orders placed by 3pm ship out the same business day.
Their customer service representatives are knowledgeable about Gempler’s products and are ready to provide solutions to extend the lifetime of products.
“I have multiple accounts that email me directly to place orders or if they have any questions,” says Brenda, Customer Service Representative. “It helps to have one point of contact who knows your account and how to make your job easier.”
Gempler’s promotes maintenance and sustainability, instead of using products as disposable commodities.
