Oboya has through its wholly-owned subsidiary Oboya Danmark in Vejle, Denmark entered into an agreement to sell Combipot in Odense, Denmark to a value of DKK 4.0 million, corresponding to approximately SEK 5.7 million. The sale enables Oboya to consolidate its operations in Denmark and focus on the company's profitability.
Oboya has through its wholly-owned subsidiary in Denmark entered into an agreement to sell the subsidiary Combipot in Denmark to the buyer Qingdao Bairuide Chemical Co., Ltd in China, with operations in development, production and sales in the chemical industry. The agreement has been signed with retroactive access to the shares on 5 April 2019. The sale price amounted to DKK 4.0 million, corresponding to approximately SEK 5.7 million.
Oboya is satisfied with the agreement and sale of Combipot Danmark ApS since the business did not show development according to their expectations since the acquisition in September 2015. The sales enable a consolidation of the business in Denmark and the Danish market remains a home market for Oboya.
