TreeTown USA features exclusive plants and trees at The Landscape Expo

TreeTown USA features many of its newest plant and tree introductions at The Landscape Expo, held at the Long Beach Convention Center on October 23-24, 2019.

The company’s 400 sq. ft. island booth #1009, located in the Grower’s Lane area, showcases trees and plants from the west coast division, representing some of the more than 5,000 species of plants it produces annually. In addition to its corporate sponsorship of the annual event, TreeTown USA has donated inventory to the expo’s Sustainability and Water Conservation Center as well as around the exhibit hall.

Renowned plantsman Nicholas Staddon, representing TreeTown USA, has been working with plant breeders, hybridizers, and professional plant explorers for the last 25 years, scouring the globe for new creations and discoveries in the plant world. He offers two presentations on the first day of the show:

Consistent and Emerging Landscape and Plant Trends (Wednesday, Oct. 23, 8:00 - 9:30 AM)
It is important to remember that the landscape is the frame around the picture. Mr. Staddon will help attendees discover emerging and proven garden trends in the southwestern region, and provide a first-hand look at new plants that are keeping pace.

Increase Curb Appeal and Value of Clients' Building or Structure by Using Correct Plants (Wednesday, Oct. 23rd 12:00 - 1:30 PM)
In years gone by, very often the frame around the picture was more valuable than the picture inside of it. And so is the same with plants. The created designs must be allowed to increase the value of the building they surround. Mr. Staddon will guide the audience through a selection of plants designed to enhance buildings, trees, shrubs and perennials.

TreeTown USA is in the process of expanding its current business strategies across the country, focusing primarily on the retail and landscape professional channels. The company grows several sizes and categories of plants to cover a wide variety of customer needs. In fact, they anticipate filling those channels with a premium mix of plants, suitable for landscape and retail, while creating a standard in quality that customers can rely on.

TreeTown USA partners with several premium plant brands, including Monrovia, Endless Summer Hydrangeas and the Sunset Western Garden Collection and Southern Living Plant Collection, both part of its licensing agreement with Plant Development Services.
