Floranova has announced the appointment of Tim Evans, as Commercial Director, reporting to Dominic Lacey, Managing Director, and based in Foxley, Norfolk.
Tim will be responsible for European business development for Floranova and the European wholesale development of the Syngenta portfolio (seed and vegetative). Tim will also be responsible for management of the Floranova marketing function.
Tim replaces Julian Wilson. Julian will end his employment with Floranova on the 31st of December 2019. During November and December of 2019, Julian will hand over his responsibilities to Tim ensuring a smooth transition for customers.
Tim joins Floranova from Wyevale Garden Centres where he was the horticultural buying manager. Tim has also been the sales manager for Farplants; business development manager for Landgard UK; commercial director of Roundstone nurseries and a regional manager of B&Q garden centres.
This appointment is effective November 4, 2019.
