Peter Quiring, owner and CEO of South Essex Fabricating (SEF) announced the newly implemented Group Retirement Plan for the Quiring Family of Companies. Offered to SEF’s 112 employees, this plan is designed to support the long-term, retirement goals of the employees by matching dollar for dollar their yearly allotted contributions.
This year, South Essex Fabricating hit a record high by achieving its best year in greenhouse construction; with over 165 acres of constructed greenhouse manufacturing in 2019 and over 50 million square feet of completed greenhouse space over the company’s 25-year history.
“It has been a remarkable year for us,” said owner Peter Quiring, “and the perfect time to launch our new pension plan, which has been in the works for quite some time! We look forward to delivering all of our employees with a sustainable retirement package which will provide retirement security and hopefully longevity with the company”.
