50,000 EUR awarded by the European Invention Council

EU funding for Bloomy Pro to revolutionize flower industry towards a flourishing, data-driven industry

The European Innovation Council (EIC) awarded Bloomy Pro with 50,000 EUR to revolutionize the flower industry towards a flourishing, data-driven industry. Out of 3299 proposals reviewed this year Bloomy Pro was one of the companies that got granted SME phase 1.

Eric Egberts, BloomyPro Sales Director, cutting the cake.

BloomyPro facilitates fast data-driven decision making on flower assortment, which will boost variety and creativity in supermarkets by giving supermarkets back the power to determine their own assortments. By designing and ordering of bouquets digitally via BloomyPro, a store specific demand is generated, which in turn provides the valuable feedback to know what bouquets, and (combinations) of flowers are popular by their customers. Next to this, this feedback loop helps retail suppliers to maintain a more diverse inventory. Data generated by BloomyPro will be analysed by our smart algorithms that will not only provide supermarkets with a diverse variety of flowers matched to the buying behaviour of their customers, but will also make suggestions on new creations and store design that would work for their store.
