Germany: IPM Essen kicks off

The 38th edition of IPM Essen, Germany, kicked off this morning. With over 1,500 exhibitors from nearly 50 countries, there is again plenty to be seen and to be learned the coming four days.

The horticulture fair, one of the absolute biggest there is, hosts many different country pavilions. Most importantly France, who presents itself this year as the official partner country. Moreover, Turkey returned to the fair with an exhibition area of 220 square meters. Also, Guatemala will present itself once more after a one-year break. Additional countries participating in national booths: Belgium, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Great Britain, Hungary, India, Israel, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and the USA will show new solutions and innovations.

Also this year, the editorial teams of our floral and vegetable newsletters, FloralDaily, BPNieuws, HortiDaily and Groentennieuws will be present to make a complete photo report of the show, which will be published on February 3.
