The first bud opened this week and now the greenhouse complex is ready to collect the beautiful spring flowers. This year the red bud ones with yellow stripes were the first to appear. Two more color varieties are about to ripen: pink and red ones. All the flowers immediately appear in the shops of Vysokovsky so that the dwellers of Kostroma can present the spring symbol to their beloved ones.
“Our clients can make flower compositions themselves with the assistance of our florists in specialized flower shops or choose the ready made bouquets from fresh cut tulips”, shares the manager of the rose nursery Vysokovsky, Ms. Zhanna Krouglova.
In all, the enterprise will grow over 400 thousand pieces of main spring flowers. The agronomists promise to surprise us with color variety. By the beginning of March, 15 of them will be for sale. This year the enterprise have put stack on classics. The demand from previous years has shown that the dwellers of Kostroma prefer traditional red tulips. However, there are also exclusive varieties grown, for example crimson tulips with big buds and a yellow fringe.
