Royal FloraHolland:

Modifications to logistics services, no more peak surcharges

The corona crisis demands that Royal FloraHolland makes some (temporary) modifications to their logistics services. They are cancelling four planned early auction days; they are operating under different supply times and adjusting the opening times for a number of packaging and CC depots. A number of other logistical processes are also altered. You can read all modifications here.

No more peak surcharges, but storage costs for CC materials
Usually Royal FloraHolland deploys so-called peak surcharges during the busy springtime season, in order to increase the availability and rotations of auction trolleys. In the peak period, it is also possible to store CC material in depots free of charge. Due to the current situation, there is no peak period, and the peak surcharges have been cancelled. They will, however, continue to charge the storage costs. Read more about it here.
