New to the industry florists are encouraged to apply for the two scholarship places that offer a 4-week vocational course worth £5750 at the prestigious McQueens Flower School in Bethnal Green, East London.
There are two places available for a UK / Ireland and an international florist. The McQueens Flower School will also offer one Scholarship place for US residents.
Applicants will be asked to write a 300 word ‘essay’ to express their suitability for the Scholarship and there is no age limit.
The school are looking for budding students that want to develop their creativity and improve their technique.
All participants will have the opportunity to undertake the creative task. A shortlist of 5 applicants from each category - UK/Ireland and International will then be put into a shortlist pool and then a panel will select the overall winner - one from each category. Runners-up will be offered a discount on the four week vocational course.
