Florist started in a garage but now sends millions of bouquets

Flowers are always a delightful surprise, whether they're a thoughtful gift from a friend or just a little self-love pick-me-up. One family-run florist knows this more than any others - Bunches, which started life in their Mansfield home in 1989.

By 1990, owners Sandra and Erik Hoving started working with the Post Office, sending out just five bouquets by post in the first week. Their business steadily increased in size before going online in 2004 - which has lead to a grand total of over 13 million bouquets sent out.

The business is now run by the next generation - daughter Dani, who took over in 2006, and her husband Dan in 2012. Now, Bunches, has unveiled a stunning new autumnal range, with prices starting from around £21.
