Beneficial Insectary’s IPM team has made use of the downtime thanks to COVID-19 by working on digital content for their customers. Over the last year, they have released a series of instructional videos for using their organisms on the Beneficial Insectary YouTube channel. This week, B.I. debuts remastered videos featuring Spanish dubs of the English subtitles for each video on a new Spanish-language playlist. Additional videos are set to be produced on topics such as scouting, QC of BCAs and guides to banker plant systems. Each new video will post to YouTube in English and in Spanish simultaneously moving forward. Currently, each playlist (English and Spanish) have 7 videos averaging approximately 90- seconds each.
Videos are produced by Beneficial Insectary’s IPM Technical Lead, Kelly Vance and feature the voice of IPM Specialist Saul Alba who provides Spanish commentary.
