Alex Curran has joined the HTA Council as the Representative for the South East region.
Alex is the Head of Horticulture at Primrose.co.uk and as recent joinees of the HTA, they have been impressed with the provision of information and sense of community within the organisation. Alex wants to add to the council's knowledge of online retail and ensure that members are able to leverage digital channels.
He is also passionate about encouraging the next generation into gardening. Alex comments, "I am lucky enough to work with an unbelievable bunch of hard-working UK growers and I'd love the opportunity to represent them and gain a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing garden centres in an ever-changing retail landscape."
