The Flower Fields in Carlsbad will welcome visitors for the spring season starting March 1.
The field is renowned for its acres upon acres of colorful Giant Tecolote Ranunculus and more than 100 floral species. The picturesque scenes bloom every spring and bring visitors to the North County to stroll through the flowers and enjoy other experiences like tours and a maze.
Seeds were planted months ago in order to create the dazzling display of Ranunculus.
The fields will stay open through May 9 and welcome guests from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily with reservations only, due to the pandemic. Other several safety measures in place include a visitor capacity cap, mandatory face coverings and social distancing, and increase cleaning procedures and hand sanitizing stations.
