NuFlorist is announcing the launch of their first mobile app BloomView that was created specifically for the floral industry. Developed by an experienced florist and designed for the modern floral shop, BloomView streamlines and enhances photo sharing with the click of a button while increasing productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales.
Aiming to eliminate the difficulties of running floral shops, NuFlorist has created the first mobile app of its kind in the industry. BloomView is now available for floral shops nationwide at NuFlorist and offers the following features:
● Streamlines and enhances photo sharing with the click of a button
● MAS integration auto-fills orders via QR code
● A shared platform eliminates employees having to use their personal phone numbers and data usage with all photos and orders are securely stored in the cloud
● Improves communication with customers that increases positive reviews and sales by encouraging customers to leave reviews on Yelp!, Google, or any other site
“While dedicated to helping our customers create lasting memories, we are striving to develop tools for the floral industry that will make it much easier for business owners to make a profit,” said Daniel Sanchez, Founder of NuFlorist and Creator of BloomView. “We set off on a journey to change the flower industry, and our BloomView mobile app has done just that – sending customers pictures of the arrangement before it’s delivered. With the BloomView app, floral shop owners can ensure that the customer’s vision is not only met, but that it is surpassed while increasing productivity, improving customer satisfaction and generating positive reviews online.”
Offering user-friendly features for both florists and their customers, the app has a simple three-step process: take a photo, scan the information, generate great reviews. Once logged into the app, BloomView allows florists to take images of their arrangements and then store the image in the cloud or retake the image if necessary. With the app’s MAS integration, florists have the ability to scan the QR code on the customer receipt to populate their contact information and then send the image of their arrangement via SMS, email, or both, with a default or customized message.
With the app allowing customers to approve their arrangement right from their smartphones, BloomView significantly improves the customer experience while allowing florists to easily track customers’ experience and respond quickly to reviews.
BloomView was created by Daniel Sanchez, Founder of NuFlorist and Founder and CEO of the South Florals Group, who has spent over a decade running a series of flower shops. With a background in computers, he was frustrated by the lack of custom software for his field. After developing a few programs for himself, Sanchez decided to found NuFlorist to expand his offerings and help more entrepreneurs.
