On the 23rd of June, Mr. Aad Gordijn, General Director of Dalat Hasfarm has handed over 250.000.000 VND to the Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front in Lam Dong to contribute to the Vaccine Fund for the prevention of Covid-19.
Starting early last year, Covid pandemic has caused bad effects to people all over the world and Vietnam. It left millions of people jobless and brought many families to poverty level. It’s sad to see Vietnam facing the worst crisis since reunification.
During the conversation with Mr. Vo Ngoc Hiep – Representative of Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front, Lam Dong Province, Mr. Aad Gordijn affirmed that, the success of Dalat Hasfarm has gone hand in hand with the development of the country.
“We are one of the first foreign investors in Vietnam and we have become the largest private employer in Lam Dong. We have become what we are today thanks to the support from the government, to our hardworking and excellent employees and last but not least, to our many loyal customers,” he said, " Although the pandemic is causing a strong impact on our business and operation, we are proud that we have been able to keep our employees and to pay their salaries."
Dalat Hasfarm is also happy to join hands with the government and community in the battle against Covid-19 by this donation as a small contribution to Vietnam, a country and its people that give us so much.
