According to public information, FreshHema, as a new platform of Alibaba's derived retail chain, uses online and offline integration and business innovation as its main operating characteristics. On May 20 this year, FreshHema announced that its flower brand has been upgraded to "Hema Garden", which will gradually complete the renovation of nearly 300 stores across the country. In addition, 14 flower bases have been established in Yunnan Province, with “flower shuttle buses” destined for Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai, and Beijing every day. The tens of millions of users currently covered by Hema have a large demand for flowers. Nearly 30% of Hema users have the habit of buying flowers, and 58% of them complete their consumption online.
