Carnation collection 2021-2022

Israel: BreierCross introduces new catalog

“Our breeding strategy focuses on developing new varieties with a diversified color range, as well as different shapes and characteristics that are suitable for growing in different regions all over the world,” says the team of BreierCross. The Israeli company breeds all of their varieties according to their well-established breeding program, which they have been utilizing successfully for the last 40 years. The company’s main occupation is cut carnations, of which they are now presenting a new catalogue to show off their latest varieties. In addition, their breeding program has extended over the past years, and is now also including pot and garden carnations.

Extending the breeding program
“We are proud to introduce the new printed catalogue of our cut carnation varieties. In addition, we are glad to inform our clients that in the last few years we extended our breeding program. We are now extending our knowledge and experience to the breeding of pot carnation varieties and garden carnations (Garden pinks) as well. Some of our new lines are already grown commercially and are available on the market. Besides seeing these new varieties, it is worth taking a look at our catalog as you might get an early peek at the next generation of BreierCross’ staff.” See some photos of their new varieties below.
