As a result of international expansion and strong growth, Noviflora has expanded its management team, appointing Ad Lagarde as the group's CFO. In addition, some changes were made to the current management team.
The team now consists of Hendrico de Brabander (CEO), Ad Lagarde (CFO), Xander van Reisen (Managing Director Sweden), and Ringo Veenman (Managing Director Noviflora Holland & other countries).
The new structure and expansion of the management team are in line with the strategy that was put in place to further strengthen market positions in Scandinavia and Switzerland.
In a rapidly changing ornamental horticulture industry, Noviflora wants to be able to respond decisively, says Hendrico de Brabander: "To safeguard success in the long term for the strategy of our family business and to be able to respond adequately to changes and opportunities in the ornamental horticulture market, the expansion and professionalization of the management structure of Noviflora was a crucial next step."
