New Zealand's contribution to global Phytophthora survey: can you help?

An international phytophthora survey on awareness of biosecurity risks and onsite practices in the nursery sector is underway.

NZPPI is strongly encouraging local plant producers to contribute to the survey to help understand nursery practices in various locations and settings across New Zealand. The overall aim is to help design and guide nursery hygiene practices to prevent the movement of phytophthoras in situ (nursery sites) and through potential vectors (soil, water, plant material).

Please fill in the survey here by Friday, May 27. Note that it hasn’t been modified for the New Zealand context. However, if you would like more information or support in completing the survey, please contact NZPPI technical and biosecurity manager Kathryn Hurr at kathryn@nzppi.co.nz
