The roll-out of the Veiling Rhein-Maas customer portal is scheduled for Wednesday, 22 June 2022, at 08:00 am. The transaction overview can be viewed via the customer portal. Access to Clock pre-sales and the Webshop is only possible via the customer portal from this date. It is therefore imperative that you have access to the customer portal if you wish to continue purchasing via Clock pre-sales and the Webshop.
All customers will receive an email from Veiling Rhein-Maas on the morning of 22 June 2022 with information for logging in to the customer portal. Please check your emails then and also your spam folder.
