The International Symposium Ecology of Aphidophaga 15 will be held in Lleida (Catalonia, Spain) from 19 to 23 September 2022.
The Symposium will take place in the auditorium of the Centre de Cultures i Cooperació Transfronterera Building, located in the Campus Cappont of the University of Lleida on the left side of the river Segre.
The purpose
The purpose of Aphidophaga is to provide an international forum for the presentation and discussion of research on organisms contributing to the mortality of aphids (Hemiptera: Aphididae). Aphidophagous organisms include predators, parasitoids, and pathogens of aphids.
Aphidophaga has never been held in Catalonia or Spain and Aphidophaga is grateful to the Scientific Committee of Aphidophaga and the International Organization for Biological Control (IOBC) for choosing Lleida as the venue for the 15th Symposium. Aphidophaga is also grateful to the IOBC for supporting the meeting.
