Burdur Municipality places great importance on flowering greenhouses among the works it carries out with its productive municipality approach. In this context, thousands of flowers grown in the Greenhouse of the Parks and Gardens Directorate are made ready for planting and color the green areas and streets of the city. Burdur Mayor Ali Orkun Ercengiz, in his statement on the subject, said, "As Burdur Municipality, we continue to produce our own flowers. We bring the flowers we produce with our own resources to the soil and colorfully decorate our parks and intersections. We produced 235,000 flowers in our greenhouse for the winter season. We produce more visually striking flowers. We are working with all our strength to create a beautiful Burdur." This unique approach of Burdur Municipality encourages the efficient use of local resources and aims to make the city more aesthetically attractive. Planting the flowers they produce in the city aims to ensure both environmental sustainability and aesthetic satisfaction of the society.
