Amazon is growing plants. The online giant, one of the early pioneers in online shopping and e-books, decided to invest in an extraordinary project. Meant to stir creativity in its employees, the company is building three 'spheres' - transparent, round, conjoined glass structures - in which all sorts of exclusive and tropical plants are grown. No less than 3000 varieties are grown in this 1 acre height tech 'greenhouse' in down town Seattle, which, by 2018, will be distributed to Amazon offices throughout the country.
